Vilani Vilá copyrights
Vilani Vilá lioness is
copyright to Joana Santos. Any kind of form of this character (chibi, animal, anthro, dark
side, human, etc) belongs to Joana Santos, this case me. Do not use her
in anyway and don’t even bother to ask to use her. Vilani
Vilá it's not only a character... she's me, I'm
her, she is myself! She's my Fursona, which
means you can't use her without authorization for adult pictures and
stories. She is not for Public Role-playing neither! Vilani
Vilá it's my Fursona,
which means she represents myself. She is me,
I'm her. She represents my both sides, good and bad, and what I am in
Real life. So, she is not only a simple Role-playing character.
Therefore, Vilani can never be used unless I
say so. Fan art of her is fine, but remember that she’
won’t (I won’t) do everything that you wish. Offensive drawings
won’t be accepted and I shall request for you to not post them over the
Internet – if you do, you’re violating the copyrights.

I don't authorize anybody
to use my pictures or characters for commercials, Role-playing, as your
own character, etc.! Of course I don't mind you to draw my characters,
but please, don't say they are copyright to you. I just ask you, please,
do not use them to anything without my authorization.
Other characters copyrights
I’ve about 9 characters
besides Vilani (Mracka, Sagana,
Norlev, Tomoyo, Tashi, Shiki, Yagi, Rei and Akita)
and they are ALL copyright to me. Even the
RANDOM ONES are copyright to me. This mean you, like my Fursona, CAN'T COPY them, use them as role-playing
character, commercials, your own character, etc.! You can draw pictures
of them but you CAN'T use them. If
you wish, you are allowed to do yiff piccies of them, but remember,
some characters here have stories... I wish, if possible, you could
respect those stories a bit (IT'S NOT necessary, if you do not wish to do
that).

Like I said, I’ve about 10
characters (Vilani, Mracka,
Sagana, Norlev, Tomoyo, Tashi, Shiki, Ygi, Rei and Akita) and they are
ALL copyright to me. So, therefore, if you see
any other character in my gallery, in my pictures, that character belongs
to someone or is a random. Random characters are STILL copyright
to me. I know they aren't my characters and I shouldn't do this, but,
THOSE CHARACTERS AREN'T MINE. They belong to their creators and NOBODY is
allowed to use them. Do not use them. A character that belongs to other
people is copyright to them and only them.
Please, respect the
copyrights!!
Nobody that looks at this
gallery is allowed to use the characters of the other people WITHOUT THE
PREVIOUS AUTHORIZATION. If you want to use that character as a
role-playing character, please, send me an email request the contact of
that person, so you can ask him or her. DO NOT USE THE CHARACTER without
authorization.
Remember always to use
copyrights and don’t ever be a copy-cat. Copy-cats, art-thieves are sick
people who make the artists fell miserable and, at the end, they might
even take down all the art-work. If you do not wish for that to happen,
never become an art-thief. If you ever spot one, please contact
immediately me. Art thieves must be stopped for the sake of the furry
Fandom and to help keep the artists drawing and posting. It sad but true,
that many artists have already given up showing their art due to the huge
mass of thieves and copy-cats attacking them. Please, help us artists to
stop that!
There for, never but
never, copy the other people’s pictures (tracing, copying the pose, use
the idea, recolor or edit them in any way like erasing the copyright on
it, etc), make collages or even backgrounds/desktops of the images that
don’t belong to you, use pictures like they are yours, use the same
character’s name (original names, like Vilani.
I’m sorry, but I won’t tolerate other people calling themselves Vilani) or design, etc, etc.
Please, avoid being an
art-thief. It doesn’t not only leave one very angry about it, but it
hurts really deeply too. Don’t consider art-thief flattering, because
they are stealing your work! Remember, they are being praised for
something that you’ve done with so much care. Remember this! Don’t
protect copy-cats or art-thieves because they don’t need any protection
at all.
